Alargo AI LLC ("Alargo", "we", "our", or "us") provides AI-powered visibility monitoring and independent ad revenue intelligence tools through our platform (the "Service"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our Service and Websites. By accessing or using any part of Alargo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Changes to These Terms

  • Ad Revenue Intelligence: Independent benchmarking and analysis of programmatic advertising performance, including SSP relationships, configuration analysis, and peer comparisons based on our proprietary publisher database.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain aspects of our Service are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable charges and taxes. All payment details are provided at the time of purchase and are handled by our secure third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your complete payment card information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. Data and Content Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service (e.g., URLs, domain names). We use your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Our Data: All benchmark data, comparative analysis, and insights generated by Alargo remain our property. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for research, analysis, and improving our services.
  • Service Output: Reports and analysis generated for you through the Service are licensed to you for your internal business use.

You may not use our Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Termination

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Alargo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Entire Agreement
